This unit is equipped with modern finishing machinery, precise control systems, and an experienced technical team to ensure superior fabric appearance, performance, and dimensional stability.

The finishing process is carefully designed to enhance fabric quality by improving softness, reducing shrinkage, ensuring consistent width, and achieving the desired GSM as per buyer requirements. Every fabric batch is processed under strict monitoring to maintain uniformity and compliance with international standards.

Our finishing operations include compacting, stentering, heat setting, and specialized fabric treatments such as softening, enzyme wash, and bio-wash. These processes help to improve fabric hand feel, remove impurities, reduce pilling, and enhance overall durability. For synthetic and blended fabrics, heat setting ensures stability and shape retention during garment production and usage.

We maintain strict quality control at every stage of finishing. Continuous inspection is carried out to monitor fabric width, GSM, shrinkage, surface appearance, and finishing consistency. Machine parameters such as temperature, speed, and tension are carefully controlled to achieve accurate and repeatable results. Final inspection is completed before packing to ensure defect-free fabric delivery.
